Soda Stream Complex

Project Scope: SodaStream is an Israel-based manufacturing company known for producing consumer home carbonation drinks.

As part of this project, PAZ was contracted to design three production buildings with a total area of 27,000 sq.m. PAZ performed mechanical, plumbing, fire safety, and construction administration services for this project.

PAZ was engaged in the preliminary stage of the project and produced all the necessary documentation for the construction of the buildings, including a Feasibility Study, Value Engineering, Construction Specifications, Bill of Quantities, and Detailed Design plans. PAZ project managers also took a role in this project, they were responsible for overseeing and supervising the construction work on-site throughout the project.
